Trending @Capgemini; I went into the BTO process during training
I started my training in Capgemini as a fresher in December 2023, my leg got fractured and my trainer said that trainees can't continue in the same batch if they have more than 3 days of leaves. He insisted on the change of my batch, so my batch was changed and now I am not getting a new batch, I am on leave without pay. Please suggest if I should switch how can I and if someone has any referrals for freshers. I am in dire need of it.
L&D have this protocol and it is really good instead of failing. Failing is not good else we know the consequences. For BTO related you can reach out to HR and your respective manager they will guide and share you a new batch
