Following up on this post, they have announced my ineligibility because of RTO. I am very disappointed. How can I find motivation to work? Guess I'll work from home and switch to anonymous company.

Same for me bro. My work model was kept as 4+ days work from office. Where all the other 120 members of my project have 2-3 . And no one noticed until the HR notified me that this is the reason why your are not getting promoted. What a Luck .........

Hi, I am a PA and was onboarded in Dec'23. One of my POC (point of contact) whom I was introduced to for being at the same reporting location was also PA. Yesterday, saw her teams profile being from PA to A and what surprised me the most, that she wasn't getting much work as compared to us(PA people). She was onboarded in April'22. When I asked her about her sudden promotion she said she used to follow the RTO, made sure her skills up and goals were regularly updated, which resulted in her promotion. She was actually onboarded on the project along with PA/PAT people.Some also told me that now you will only be eligible for PA TO A when you complete 36 Months in the organization. Now I am confused how this Promotion Cycle works
You have to be atleast 30-36 months in organisation.. since you have joined on dec23 so you need to wait for the next cycle
No matter what, try to follow the policy put by the company. We cant do anything about this. Atlast they will definetly find something to say if they want to postpone our promotion.
Dont see others. Make ourself good at every criteria. This was the lesson I learnt.

I was admitted for surgery even then they didn't consider for that month and told what ever happens u need to follow RTO lost all hopes
Manager won't do shit
Even after 5/5 continued ratings i suffer because i cannot just do rto
In go perform 100/74.5 means 74.5 is mandatory to remain in green but u have 100 % utilisation not 74.5 in the left side that ulis ur true utilisation
