I was not able to understand anything now, that is why I came here

I am doing engineering from a tier 3 college. Now I have got a total back in 3 subjects and I'm very stressed mentally. I'm better at studies than my friends but when it comes to marks I always lag behind. Now I'm not able to understand how I should improve my marks and mental health.
