I was given C band unfairly at least according to me, but when i ask for a release they are not ready to do it.How to get a projec release

If you ask for a release before band is given, then definately they will give you C.

U can get to know from your ipf score .. each account will have a cutoff for bands based on ipf scored.. if ur a lead the management will tell u that

Everyone wants to but it's not easy as said when you are above 12 years experience.. The openings will be very minimal for this experience range .. The expectation in the interview also will be very high either u need to sme in domain or architect in technology..

Mostly they will put u in pip if you try to fight with them! Calmly try to talk it out if possible

They wont put me in pip im sure as i have a lot of appreciation mails for proofs and my prior ipf scores are 4.4 and 4.39. now this time they want me to accept C band but they dont want to release me also
