Trending @Cognizant; I was forced to resign after serving PDP pool period

I was forced to resign from Cognizant in month of October, after a prolonged and frustrating process. Despite our hopes for a different outcome, I ultimately had no choice but to resign. I've been actively seeking a new job, but unfortunately, I haven't found the right opportunity yet.

I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated by Cognizant's HR's decision to pressure me into resigning. They essentially gave me an ultimatum: resign voluntarily or face termination. It's disheartening to see how easily they can disregard the well-being of their employees.

I now find myself in a difficult position, feeling helpless and uncertain about the future. I'm determined to persevere and find a suitable job, but the current situation is undoubtedly challenging.

That's tough, mate. Keep pushing through, the job market's tricky but something will come up. Stay positive and keep networking, it helps a lot.

Out side market is not good for mid senior or senior positions. Still don't lose your hope and try from known sources outside.

Just FYI - I too face the same situation and resigned last two months ago due to HR and leadership pressure. No one supported me when I tried to identify the position during my pdp.. I still looking for Program management / Director position..

Right after you served your PDP period or did they give you some time?
