I was disappointed with TCS HRs and totally nonsense...
Hi All, My LWD is 23rd may in tcs in my full and final settlement. TCs deducted 1 lakh 26 thousand because of insurance premium as per policy tcs will pay on behalf of us itseems .I already posted here regarding deduction and all here in this forum.But question here is I asked for help and fought for f&f ,Separation teams , corporate-His and local tcs HRs regarding this issue they finally told today they cannot help in refund or anything. I tried all this because I have been jobless for 2 months. At least I taught partial amount i will get and emotionally emailed them it didnt worked HRs didn't show up humanity also .IF I EMAIL TO ETHICs@tcs.com WITH THEY HELP ME, also I need to pay 13k more to TCS than only they provide me a reliving letter.just an advise .thanks
HRs are worthless. They will dance on the tune of their bosses. Don't expect anything from them, atleast not humanity
From 2 months fighting for refund or at least premium for 1 year, which they have deducted.she is fresher but dam waste HR .
Have you tried cc her managers and their managers. Since you are going you can ask all of them. But be careful I don't trust these people in the exp letter comment
I don't this anything is wrong in that. Your entire year premium get deducted whenever you leave if you added your parents or have floater added. Read policy it is crystk clear. Why you guys not reaad policy. Is it laziness or lack of awareness?
If this is deducted ok but they should give a premium for the financial year because they deducted a huge amount.
TCS HRs are noobs , they first of all don't read their own policy . Basically low IQ sitting there as hrs
Already 1 lakh 26 thousand they deducted as insurance mine 3 months salary as f&s i have to more 13k to tcs .At least they can provide these 13k as waveoff, but they are not agreeing ..
