Trending @Infosys; I was currently in dse L1 and cleared bridge program for sp. So what level and package they will give now?

Level : sp L1 Package: base package of sp L1 : 9.5 or 10 with around 1.5 as VP.

But my current package itself was 9+1

They may increase a bit from your current package but don't think they will give SP L2. There's not much benefit of becoming SP if you are dse L1 or above. Infact in few years you will have less package than dse as they will move to DSE L2

Can u tell me how many rounds u had? Like how many rounds and also whole process? What level questions were asked ?
U will be SP L2 whicch is equivalent of Dse L1 and i think it starts from 13
