If you meant layoff (and you are not getting fired/PIP'd) then take the layoff. You will get good additional money as a severance package as well as you will be eligible to get rehired in Amazon anytime in future provided that you clear interviews.

BTW, it is kind of your manager to give you this offer so thank them regardless of what way you choose.

Depends, if you badly need that money take lay off route. It maybe a trap to complete the URA ( Un regretted attrition) where you'll be tagged as no hire in amazon

Some managers do it for fulfilling ura quota. Go for it if you will never return to Amazon in life.
