I wanted to relocate

Hi can anyone help me in convincing my manager to relocate my location.as per policy it is not possible untill I complete 2 years. I moved to Banglore with his permission over a call & now he’s asking to comeback to my base location. But I don’t want to. Please help!! Can variable pay cut agreement helps ? I am ok with variable cut.
