I want to work in a hybrid model

Currently I’m working at siruseri chennai. My manager is asking me to come 5 days even though there is no much work to be honest the work hasn’t started yet. Many people in my ODC has been given hybrid model due to seat constraints but my manager is not giving me work from home how much ever I ask simply she keeps on telling come to office 5 days. It’s mandatory till now you enjoyed. WTF my team mates are the worest when they are given hybrid they used to come 5 days. I cannot explain the situation how frustrated I feel. If I take release They will map me to RMG I need to report RMG for 5 days , till I get a project that I can manage But can anyone suggest how to chose a project which is hybrid model. I mean client does not require to come office for 5 days. I’m from Siruseri Chennai , should I chose any Hyderabad or banglore location projects? Please do help 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Literally facing hormonal imbalances cannot stay in those pg or rooms. I hope someone answers
