I am currently serving NP and this is my last week , I asked for early release before resignation but Project Manager didn't released me eventhouh my project got over. So I resigned in frustration . Even in my NP he tried to embarass me . Can you plz suggest anyway to expose him or teach him a lesson without affecting my career like background verification

The best revenge is no revenge. Move on and search for better opportunities with good environment.

Nothing won’t change here ! If you don’t like it quit and move on ! No point even discussing actually. Nobody will change or help.

In exit interview make sure to tell every detail to hr and that’s the max you can do !!

No point in raising your point with HR or anyone else. Accenture is employee friendly but higher positions only. In last 2 years I saw 3 scenarios where employees had raised concern with HR with marking everyone up till Julie sweet in CC but in vain. Sky is the limit for politics and ridiculous things in Accenture

Simple, mail HR and point out every instance and make the mail sound very disappointing

Legally you can’t be bound to stay back if yo are ok to the shortfall.. I would recommend to drop a mail to HR mentioning you are ok to pay the shortfall and this will be your last working day.. Handle this with HR and not with your manager.. If you pay the shortfall, legally they cant do anything.. They might keep on pushing verbally but will not put anything on email, stick to your ground and count days..

Lastly, career is more important than revenge, dont do anything stupid that you regret in future.. Alot of people don’t understand and will give you rash advises, don’t listen, just move on.. You have many things to look up to, learn to ignore at times.. Good luck

1 day earlier before your I'd is disabled give your feedback to the Supervisor on workday. This will reflect forever to his Supervisors forever in his profile.

Nothing will happen buddy. For your satisfaction you can point mail to 3 designations. Got upward 3 level with manager. And same cc 3 upward level to the assigned hr's designation. Still nothing would happen. Since they will just put dirt on your voice and consider you as a frustrated ranting incapable employee. And they will have 100s of ways to prove that that. Things could happen if you were friend with the projects MD

Mail HR, keep your manager and his seniors in CC and keep CEO in CC too...
