I want to take a break from my project

As I have been working on this project for the last 5 years by giving more productivity, but still they are not recognising and not giving that what I'm deserved. I want to take a break from this toxic project by going on leave for atleast 3 months. I have enough sick and earned leaves. Could anyone suggest what kind of leave I can request for?
