I want to switch to product management role, how can i do so being in tcs

PM roles are most vulnerable nowadays. Think twice before planning anything.

So after playing as business analyst role what one could expect next in service company given that i received great appreciation from client.

Like the other comment I would reiterate think twice before this cause most projects they are removing PM and replacing lead developer or whoever is the lead handling the action part as the PM.

Plus being a PM in a service company comes with alot of limitation and caps. My ex manager struggled to find a job apart from other service companies.

She had the skills and know how but those companies that paid well were Product companies and not service companies. She had to take a certification and literally go through multiple linked in requests to prove that she is a good fit for Product company to get her a big break. But the company she joined although Pay was good and hiked the title was lower.

She did prove her value and climbed up very fast though.

But she told its not at all easy and she wished she switched to a Product Company sooner. She cited most companies rejected her stating a general issue Service Companies Product Management people have a diff mindset than Product company based.

Her example was during one interview the dude broke down what thought process they expected and what was something she was used to. She told she realised that day she had the concept all wrong. Working for Sevice company we focus on other factors to increase output by cutting and finding gaps to increase margins hence deliver products like that. Meanwhile, Product companies want to build great products. The process followed is very diff.

So yes be very careful when going into Product Management Roles while being with a Service Company.
