Trending @Accenture; I want to switch the company: need some tips

I am working on a very boring project, my skills sets are java, spring boot, microservices etc.. but they are giving me automation related work which is very boring, i feel like I am doing repetitive tasks, no skills improvements here in Accenture. I have a total of 2.10 yoe. And I am getting 2 to 3 calls in a week(which is very low count) and they all are looking for immediate joiners or 1 month notice period candidates. How to tackle this situation and i searched a lot on Google/chatgpt as well but it's giving diplomatic answers. I want a guidance from you guys what should be my reply to them if someone asks me about my NP.

same yoe here, this is my first company
from starting wanted a project with repetitive work and a good wlb, but never got it i am in a dotnet project and the work anxiety that i go through is just on another level

asked my lead for roll off, got to know it's against policy. waited for promotion/2 year completion so that after cl11, i can maybe ask for a roll off

cleared techleap and completed 2 years, till then policy changed, all my friends got promoted.

now with this low salary and rto and work Anxiety, thinking to resign.

even if your project culture is toxic, I would suggest you don't resign blindly because the market is not good and even 3 yoe guys are getting minimal calls. So start preparing daily and apply to the companies, and yes asking rolloff from the project is a total waste of time, so I suggest you to concentrate on upgrading your skills.
