Trending @Cognizant; i want to switch my project

Hi, I am a senior associate, joined cognizant in january and from the first day i am on a project. there are a lot of mismanagement in this project and deliveries are not at time, even developer environments are not stable they crash anytime and developers are blocked to do any task. i want to know how i can switch to another project? what are the ways?

Speak to your HCM and hint him/her about your intents.
Start reaching out to managers (same BU because they create problems if you are moving into different BU)
Understand what is NBA (Nom Bench Allocation)
Once you find the opportunity with other project start chasing your skip and PM for release. Bonus: Keep everyone informed and updates.

P.S: That is how I switched my project

looks like they won’t allow me to change the project. is there any way so that i can find opportunities and once selected i inform to my HM

Changing the company than changing the project in CTS. I don’t have actual experience of changing the project but whatever I heard from the people based on that I’m saying
