Rm and HR both are helpless? They will ask you 1 question? Why did you join this company..? We r unable to provide these many facilities..They have stopped shift allowances ,internet allowance, joining bonus, notice period buyout recovery incase they join them early..evrything they have stopped all this in the name of employee benefits.. Their total leave is just 18..whereas in other companies it's 22 to 24..restricted holidays they have kept..For them diwali , or Christmas are optional holidays..even if we submit request, the rm will not approve.. Please leave such stupid companies asap

In HCL only academy can change ur track, according to their policy other international certifications value is 0

I would suggest firstly look into opportunity if any… then ask your RM for release… because if you first take release and move to bench and then search for project it will take months for you to find a project … and you will start getting warnings from HR if you will not get into any business. So better to have something in hand and then take release.

First thing ask your project manager to release from project, once you pushed out to bench search for your desired projects. Else if you got bench try outside much better. If they are not giving bench simply reduce your efficiency they will automatically push you to bench. The above suggestion is not done by me I just came to know many people do like this. So try on your own risk.
