You need to approach the banks and sign contracts with them to be their sales contractors/partner. It would rather be difficult to convince them without your office, call center staff , ground staff and previous experience in sales to give you a contract. But if you think that's not a problem for you, you can go ahead.

Instead you can sign up as affiliate for eCommerce sites and refer their products for which you get upto 20% commission on sale value. The sign-ups are done totally online and you just need to take care of keeping your website updated and it's promotion. Eg. Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc offer affiliate partnership.
Follow the Ditto strategy to educate them rather than pushing them to buy it from you
