Can someone share their business stories of cloud kitchen. Is it profitable? How much initial investment required? How did you chose what to sell among lot of varieties available?

It is going to be difficult in striking a balance between quality, quantity, variety and cost. This seems like something that would be on the expensive side. Not that I’m complaining but feel that most people would order maybe once or twice just out of FOMO and then the customer base would be rather small. In any case, best of luck if you’re going through with this 👍🏻
Yeah for that I am thinking of running two brands from the cloud kitchens ,one for this international dishes and one for regular stuffs ,so that the economics are in place for the cloud kitchen

Don't you think online food ordering apps should segment or at least mention whether the restaurant is a ghost kitchen or a real restaurant?
