I want to resign TCS

By this June , I will complete 2yrs by this June in tcs .They really gave sht band where I worked my ass off . After I came to tcs I lost my confidence they treated with sht and never got appreciation or anything and there timelines which pressured me to sacrifice my weekends . I am totally fed up with this organisation.

I don't think I will be able to sustain till June also

What to do pls suggest any
