I’m so much frustrated 😣, they took me as backend developer but assigning me some operational or testing work the testing work is so bad I need to voice testing 🤒 I don’t see any growth this doesn’t align with my career path
No one is supportive in my team they just pressurise and put call after call irony is they don’t work on anything
Voice testing lol so bad .. i remember when i was in hcl and same thing happened to me .. there was one project that onboarded me for backend java spring boot but later forced me to work in vxml it is a voice over xml (it is like IVR) .. i remember we were using cyara tool and that time we used skype for ivr testing...
That was the worst days.
Maybe you can ask for release first ... if no one respond or if they still pushes you.. then resign but with a backup plan.
