I want to resign

I have few questions it would be great if anyone can answer and help me.

I have been in tcs for 3.5 years and i have been onboarded to a new project for over 2 months can i resign will there be any challenges.

Also is it true that we can use EL for reducing notice period?

Kindly answer these 2 questions if you guys are aware.

  1. Yes, you can resign, but expect challenges, especially since you're new to the project. TCS is strict about notice periods.
  2. Using EL to reduce notice period? Unlikely. Confirm with HR.
