I want to move to a React Developer role

Hello peeps, I need to move to a React Developer role and it's proving to be so difficult even though I have the skills. I am good in my current project and they won't let me change my domain just because they feel I'm good here.

Requesting your guidance on how I can switch projects to my desired role. I'm already being released from my current project because I have been wanting to switch for so long.
