I want to make more money this year.

Seeing that as a cooled off job market, I don't see much point in job hunting. While I'll keep looking, it is a low probability event. I'm already making 15% over my CTC via cash trading.

What other ways are there to earn more on the sides? Welcome any suggestions.

Unless you're making more than 10x yoe, no point in thinking about anything but a switch.

Maybe hiring is on for software engineer, but definitely not for Product Managers. Or maybe I'm missing something. Forgot 10x yoe, it's just 2x 6x yoe I'm making. That's why I am asking here. Thought a lot but no solution coming to mind.
