I want to leave TCS early possible ?

"Hey everyone, I need some advice! ๐Ÿ™

Iโ€™ve received an offer from another company, and they expect me to join in 30 days. However, my current organization, TCS, has a 90-day notice period. I am looking for ways to get an early release, preferably citing financial constraints as a reason and family breakdown.

Has anyone successfully managed an early release in TCS? What steps did you take, and what worked best for you? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!

For early release you should be in bench, not allocate dto any project but if u are in project manager can only help you out.

If we're on bench and resign, do we get all the documentations like experience letter etc?

How ? They said 90 days is mandatory. And HR saying "Whatever the case is, arrange accordingly and work 90 days"

Discuss with supervisor first then discuss with your current project manager to get approval for early release. This is possible only if u have no dependency in project, meaning no deliverables assigned to you. Once PM approves, ur supervisor can initiate process to release early. Only in case of sickness I think u can get early release. Otherwise itโ€™s difficult for 40 days release

Yes it's possible, cite some medical issues as reason and get MC for the same for 1/2 months and say that you will not able to work due to the medical reasons and ask for an early release and be strong about getting release even if they ask you to stay on medical leave and return back. Once you get released from the project and report to rmg you can drop ur papers and you will be relieved within 1 week to 10 days. P.S - only applicable if you are not a critical resource/ no dependency on u whatsoever.

I have no dependency , but the delivery head is not allowing to leave the project, either put paper or be in this project, like that he is unofficially stating it.. my colleagues who asked release from the project they didn't tgey basked to put paper

Dont go for interviews who they want you to join immediately. Which means if anything wrong they will remove immediately. Lol .

Great organisations like tcs will never leave you unless you want to leave . But then its hike everyone want to leave organisation. Say to other company your notice is 90 days otherwise cant join then they will agree without any issue .

Get a medical certificate for HIV or last stage cancer, it will work.

If possible opt for buy out of notice period you can get early release if you pay the basic salary for the months by which you want to reduce your notice period also if you have any ELs you can also use to them to reduce your days from notice period

My friend did this jugaad.

Created a medical certificate, said he can't work due to health, project gave him release and RMG released him in less than a month.

Valid health issues and jugaad health issues might help
