Trending @Infosys; I want to know the bench policy how long will I stay ?

31 st jan 2024 they have released and my role is consultant so I'm asking how long I stay on the bench in the safe zone. My rating met expectations. How much of a chance will I get for an internal interview. Please let me worry a little bit because people are saying a silent layoff is happening is it true ?

Are you not getting mapped to any projects? Do not reject any role right now

Yes they have been mapped but they didn't contact me regarding the interview but I want to ask if I couldn't select any project how much longer I have can stay in bench
