they are just extending the project neither releasing me nor assigning any work. I am frustated now. Can anyone please guide me how to get release from the project. I want to change the location as well
This first criteria is 18 Months tenure in the current project or your manager should be ready to release you (rare chances). Just wait for tenure to complete then find a new project and move out.
But i am NGA, and i think for the first 2 years they are responsible for assigning different projects. Also if i need to change location what is the criteria? Or temporary for 6 months it will get auto approved?
For everything have clear communication with your manager or lead if they didn't help reach out to HR. Everyone says they will not help but trust me my lead and HR helped me to get release.
