I want to get out of this company, the other company wants me to join in 30 days , I cracked interview, what shall I do now? ðŸ˜
I tried so much for past 4.5 years to get out of this company but i was not getting through any interviews because I was stucked with shitty support projects ...now finally i got a interview cracked but they are asking to join in 30 days...how shall I pass this 90 Days notice period criteria.. please help
Been in the same boat as you. What I did was apply to companies having 3 months np. I got an offer from it and resigned (currently on NP) now I am getting more offers and opportunities from product companies and service ones.
Can you please check notice period buy option is there
Take the offer from new company then put the paper and again start the job search you will get better offers till 2 month notice period don't stop job search
What if this new company disagrees and i wont get another chance?
You confirm then I putted the paper I will get early release but not get any official email only they committed they will release early
As per last discussion we had with our BUHR, upon asking about Appraisal, they advised no probability this year, and he indirectly stated, no one is stopping any employees to look for better opportunity, so you may ask the HR to give an early release from company
Leave this company as early as possible, tough times coming ahead.
Try to convince your manager. Try parallely to new company for few weeks extension. At last try buy out option if feasible.
Ask your manager to release immediately then once released put paper and pressure rmg to start seperation. Once this is done you can leave. You should have told the. Other Company the official notice period lying will have these consequences
There is only way to release early is showing medical reason for leaving tcs and you cannot serve the notice period because of that medical reason.
You should just plan to get released to RMG. Your release is possible in 30 days

Get imm release, go in rmg pool and rmg will leave you in a week or 2
