I want to get out of my project, can they change my band after the bands are released?

I've been in a support project for 1 year now - TCS is my 1st company, and this is my 1st project.

I feel stuck, although there is somewhat growth (L1 to L2* to L3), but I'm very stressed and unhappy in this project - I'm the only one who does most of the work here, and all that's to do is backtrack SQL, contact upstream teams and ask to give the correct data, that's all.

I cleared Wings1 in my first try in Nov to go from Ninja to Digital, and the only reason I've waited this long to ask for release is because I don't want them to ruin my band.

Rating - 4.36, and I'm pretty sure I might get an A band.
