Trending @Accenture; I want to change my project.

I am currently working on a project which is a well known Bank. There is a lot of work here, everything is messed up. Management is poor, things are expected to be completed very soon. Team leads/Associate Managers/Managers all of them are coding getting their work and if time permits they will try to help junior developers. Most of the people really don't want to be here.

The good thing is before coming to this project I did a POC for a client, the manager there was really impressed by my work. Recently he reached out to me asking if I would be willing to join his team 2 months from now.

Now what do I do? I am really confused about what to tell my managers here so I can leave. I really want to join the other project.
