I want to change my location

Im having health issues since 2022 i joined TCS oct 22 having health issues like allergic cough and cold. I asked to my manager for release and location change but he totally refused. What step can I take next...?

Take as many sick leave as you can. Remember the leave should be unplanned. And inform the manager in the morning that you will not be able to work today. Yes rating may impact but health is your priority.
