Not possible. I asked hr for letter they told you have to travel to 4 states for office visit then only they can provide.

It’s for government employees and many other clauses. Difficult to get

I think In Bhubaneswar TCS office they are providing it. Many employee has BH series number in their car.

In TCS, HR people are not supporting this. Other IT companies are giving FORM 60 for BH series. I tried already.
