13moI want to be at stage where I can earn 50 LPA after 2 years.
I am MTech from old IITs have work ex of 1.5 years, and currently my CTC is 18 and base 15. I want to build myself where I can earn 50 LPA(base ~ 35 lpa). What would you suggest?

I mean you can look internally into your org or look outside as well.

Earn or save 50L? You could apply outside too but high standard of living may squeeze you out.
