I want release
How should i ask for release from my manager I actually dont have any legit reason but i want release because this is a support project with 0 learning i am upskilling myself but the micromanagement here is soo worst that even I cant even upskill please help. IOU growth markets Project SBI belapur
I am also in same situation. I asked for release citing I want to look for better project opportunities in development projects. Currently in support. Now instead of releasing they aligned me to UI work citing we will make you a full stack. Earlier I was only doing backend api work ( resolving production incidents). Now without promotion without hike my workload increased to double. As earlier for a given incident say api worked 5 days on the backend end and simultaneously ui also worked on the same incident from front end to resolve the issue, now I am doing both but in 5 days with 1 person salary and no promotion.
