Trending @Accenture; I want headphones 🎧 as my previous Accenture headphones are broken. How to get that? Do I have to raise a ticket? Can they replace those 🎧

Ask your project PMO, He/she will raise ticket for you

The proj should procure the headphone… so if budget and manager allows they will give. For my case my shitty proj has no budget so they said use your personal earphones.

I have created ticket in mytechhelp in teams app and got reply that I have to ask pmo and get confirmation on procurement portal link.. if they are okay then they will give .. but Accenture is not giving headphones now a days..but from project side we have to take permission

You can raise a ticket and just visit your IT hub. They will give the replacement.
