I want an early release

Hey everyone, I need some guidance on getting an early release from TCS. I've been on the bench for the past month, and now I have a serious medical constraint, so I want to expedite the process. My RMG manager is already okay with it, and only HR approval is pending. Any idea how long it might take or how I can speed it up? Would really appreciate any suggestions.
