I want all TCS to unite and strike for this bullshit work from office policy .. Hit like who support me with the great moment

Long story short: TCS or other companies get concessions/subsidies for generating employment for local folk.

Companies find talent elsewhere and relocate them to represent "local folk".

WFH makes these folks go back to more peaceful environments (obviously). Dropping the "local". And Companies' chances of availing the subsidies drops.

To ensure folks stay "local" they enforce WFO.

There are many aspects that I brushed off, a more knowledgeable person is welcome to comment.
