I wanna get out of my startup, but I don’t want to serve notice period, what do I tell them?
It’s only been a month and 11 days since I joined and I really want to just get out of the company, it’s getting very toxic here. And I really cant bear another month of notice period here. What do I tell them? Any excuses you’ve used in the past to get out of such situations?

You mentioned you have been with them for about a month and 11 days. It won't make much difference. In my pov you can take salary and abscond. Definitely be sure to check with few more folks. Leave all the assets at the start up take your salary and say bye. If you think they'll make things easier for you with notice period then let them know otherwise you know what to do
