Not sure about your case, but due to a system glitch I have received a rating for 1 goal out of 4 goals, which means 2.25 out of 10 in that quarter. but no one helped just told we will give hike according to DP as per previous quarter ratings, finally I got Gp due to that 1 quarter rating 2.25, I received less hike. No one cares in hcl. Just words, no helpful actions.

Its a gimic nothing is glitch here its not a matrix, all things are planned and no one cares about you.

Is there a policy for promotion, I have spent a decade here earlier with long term rampdown project and after that small projects but promotion, growth not happening, every new project starts the fresh cycle and takes me 10 years vack
