
I took action on Manager He is usually abusive with me, Racism, Don't go with Sick Leave
Since joining the project 5 month I got escalation in July cause I asked release from the project and slow down my productivity. But my Reviewer as in speed as well I am closely working with him with 100% efforts. Since He asked me to list down last month activity what you have done I have listed down as he looped unit level DP so I blame him simply that he abused me, racism, overnight calls on my personal numbers early morning ping, don't go with sick leave etc he What could it be impact my release process, band, PIP , career in TCS. Need your Advice Thanks for giving your time 🙏🙂

where the heck are you planning to go after release? The whole company is being run by shallow people & they are actively drowning this company because of politics & ego.

Any PIP they can raised ? I talked with person regarding allocation He told me that he will allocation gives me that's why he told that send me that release mail he forwarded towards Delivery Head

For PIP C or D bands are needed. Again Skillset is your currency focus on your skillset.

Raise grievance against your manger if you have valid proof. Nothing will happen. Else if you don’t show any proof then get ready for C/D band
