Trending @Accenture; I thought politics does not happen with manager outside India, I was wrong!
Accenture managers outside India are racist and snake. A manager who joined along with me ate my job. It is a trend that I got to know, few people get pip, their bonus is gone and ofcourse no increment. Now their bonus goes to few in the team, but that lot gets no increment, now another lot gets both. Such a scam. I wonder what is the use of claiming best place to work.
Bro, totally agree! 😤 Accenture's politics is a mess. Managers can be real snakes.
A subtle way to throw someone out is PIP. First they did not give anything to work, and then august mein negative feedback by teaming up. And then PIP. Despite working tirelessly they scored less.
People forget that job is just not job, it is a living. We have family to take care off. I would never recommend anyone to join the team i worked. Today I am left with no job in hand.
Industry truth is, when you are on job, you find difficult to get another right fit. Jobless ko to waise hi koi nai puchta…. I am trying and still holding myself.
Accenture policy is to get a certain number of people in PIP, even HR force for PIP numbers. Yes variable pay (Not bonus) will be held back for PIP person. Its not at all a best place to stay work
