I think the " Always connected" mindset is insane. If you are on leave then please BE ON LEAVE. Why is there a constant need to be jumbled up in office mindset. The purpose of leave is to disconnect yourself. Please share your thoughts.

This is so damn true Got stuck in a startup now where people will call you to verify if you're really sick and ask for work updates. If you don't pick up as you're on leave, the same will be highlighted as part of your project tickets as potential chances of going red even though you're right on track
