I think i got scammed from HR or is it a misunderstanding?
My HR told me that I am not eligible for a band as I joined TCS on February 1st last year. However, I received an email regarding band allocation, and when I checked, I had been given a C band. I'm not sure what to do. I was happy thinking I wouldn't be getting a band and could write Wings 1, but now this has happened.
Don't write here, write it to HR and loop the Partner HR as well
Am i even eligible for band? Many of colleague told me that you are not eligible for band
Do you see C band on the Speed, if yes then you are elegible
Same happened with me, I got scammed too and when I asked my manger about it he replied the same to me that you’re not even eligible don’t know why you got a band.
But the thing is they don’t want to make it a practice and keep the doubt in the air that first year don’t get band released but it is not like that.
Even if you don’t accept the band in speed, they will justify your C band by giving random reason like your checkin checkout time, roster not followed some or the other compliance issue.
I will get relocation or release from the project
