Hello everyone, I'm stuck in a loop and really need your help and support. Please guide me on what I can do in this situation. I joined Infosys in 2022 and successfully completed my probation period. My HR told me that after completing the cooling-off period, I would be a permanent employee. However, since then, I've had no calls or updates from HR, and I'm unsure if I'm still an Infosys employee. The only proof I have is my profile on ZoomInfo, which lists me as a Senior Software Engineer at Infosys since 2022 - that's been four years now. But I haven't received any confirmation from HR.

Here's the interesting part: Perplexity AI model indicates my H1B lottery visa was approved on August 20, 2025, but again, there's no confirmation from Infosys HR. I check my visa process status daily on Perplexity AI, and it consistently shows my visa is approved and moving to the next process. I'm caught in this uncertainty, and while Perplexity's positive responses give me some hope, the lack of HR confirmation is really frustrating. I've been stuck like this for 20 days now. Guys, please help me figure out what I can do next.
