Few SME's in my team has more salary than me Not sure what to do

2016 till now... definitely a loyal employee, but harsh reality is..now a days there is nothing exceptional for a loyal employee. Only advice i can give is either switch or ask for a salary correction. If you dont ask they wont bother.

Is it possible to make salary correction. Because in my project 12 years of experience person is getting 7.5lpa as tech lead. They are ready to give promotion or salary correction. In that case, if I ask for my salary correction for 7 years of experience with 6.9 lpa is Doubtful?
