Trending @Accenture; I see lots of project managers and project leads in this forum telling negative just to scare people. No hike, lots of PIP , WFO.

Most of them are probably those hired from other Indian service based companies and that is their key strength - fear mongering, using wfo as an excuse to show "productivity" "compliance" while checking out fresher girls all day, vendetta politics to push anyone disagreeing with them to hr, using bs reasons to not give proper hikes to those lower in level working more than them etc etc

Quite the experts I say given their valuable experience
