I see amazon has a lot of hiring posts, any reasons

Are they building something new, or is this due to the PIP culture at amazon.

A lots of posts for different teams at Amazon, and how is the work and culture at Amazon, are the teams supportive enough, are there lots of politics?

So if the total percentage of people leaving is around 10% and new replacement is 5%, the work will get increased on 5% people right? or Amazon has a lots of people in their teams. @LankyJewellery
