I see a lot of leadership, entrepreneurship, and community sessions being organized.

But is it really worth joining? From my experience, many of these events feel more like networking for the sake of networking. I rarely meet people who’ve actually built something tangible or have strong hands-on skills.

Personally, I believe building useful things teaches far more than attending endless sessions.

What’s your take — are these events valuable, or just hype?
