Don't worry brother. Skills > experience. Some managers do so much drama as if the whole project has dependency on you and will try to stop you from your aspirations. Just start preparing for the role you want, you'll get many calls during your last 30 days of Notice period.

Don't worry and move on, you will find it difficult to get any calls during your first 30 days of notice but don't get demotivated, once you are close to your last working day you will get many calls. Just be prepared for the right opportunity and don't get demotivated at all. More power to you.

Ground Reality : No company is perfect. Any company you join its gonna be a difficult path. Don't want to sound philosophical but try not to escape from the people but learn to face them. Always have an offer before you put down the paper Now, In this situation apply jobs left right centre on all the portals. Ask all your contacts shamelessly to refer in their companies, bug them, upgrade your skills. Try do freelancing.

My manager asked me 4 times by now and tomorrow I am going to their place for a lunch where they are gonna convince me again to take papers back 😂
