I think msi not for notice period employees. Once you get it then you can resign na, why the rush

I think you will get it as the MSI was effective September salary and the payroll cut off date is 20th. So if you are resigning after 20th you are still eligible as payroll would have already processed it and it will come as arrears in your Oct Salary. Unless the payroll team is instructed to make changes manually.

After submitting the separation request, salary structure placed on hold until the final settlement or reversal of the request. Consequently, the MSI will not be applicable to the Emp_ID during this period.
