I resigned today

After working for 6 years in this company with a total experience of 9.5 years Today I finally resigned and sent a formal email for my resignation. I have got a good 50% hike in a different company.

I had a good experience with the company and got the chance to work with some really good people. I have seen worse in my prev. Company. It is an emotional decision because I am satisfied with the quality of work I am getting here, and I have always been the most valuable resource of my project but money matters too. So I decided to get out of my comfort zone.

Due to my family situation I cannot go onshore at this point in my career so that temptation is already out of the equation.

Just wanted to share my thoughts with fellow TCSers.
